Jack originally joined Pharus in November 2020 as an Analyst. Jack is now responsible for the execution of financing and M&A transactions, as well as business development efforts, namely in the Software sector. Within Software, Jack primarily focuses on Marketing, Digital Media, Information Management, & Commerce.
Jack additionally evaluates and executes on venture investment opportunities for Pharus’ investment arm, Pharus Ventures, which focuses on early-stage software companies.
Prior to joining Pharus, Jack worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James in the Technology & Services group, focusing on execution of M&A transactions namely in the Fintech, EdTech, and Marketing sectors.
Jack received his B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
Outside of the Office, Jack enjoys spending time in Greenpoint, discovering new coffee shops and restaurants, with his dog, Sage, and wife, Elle.
