Justin Downey
Senior Associate
Justin originally joined Pharus in October 2020 as an Associate. Justin is now responsible for the execution of financing and M&A transactions, as well as business development efforts in the software and tech services sector, namely education technology and digital services.
Justin additionally evaluates and executes on venture investment opportunities for Pharus’ investment arm, Pharus Ventures, which focuses on early-stage software companies.
Prior to joining Pharus, Justin worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Tyton Partners, focusing on execution of M&A transactions within the global knowledge sector, namely in education, information and media markets.
Justin received his B.S. in Finance from the School of Business at Quinnipiac University.
In the summer you can find Justin on the golf course and in the winter, he can be found on the slopes skiing.
On the weekends you can find Justin adventuring to new places, watching football, or sharpening his math skills at the poker table.
