Jess Murphy

Senior Associate

Jess joined Pharus’ London office in August 2024 as a Senior Associate. She is responsible for M&A transactions and financings across a variety of technology sectors.

Jess started her career as an M&A analyst at J.P. Morgan and after 2.5 years moved to J.P. Morgan’s Tech Investment Banking Team.

Jess then joined Verkada, a Series D PropTech start-up, to build out EMEA’s marketing function from 0, focusing on scalable demand generation activities, as well as field marketing.

Jess received an MSc in Finance from ESADE and a BSc in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin.

Outside of the office, Jess is passionate about sports, particularly kitesurfing and running.
