Pharus served as the exclusive advisor to P97 Networks, Inc., in connection with its $8M Series A financing led by Emerald Technology Ventures. Emerald was also joined by Atapco Ventures, as well new and existing individual investors. The shareholders of P97 engaged Pharus to lead the capital raise, due to our extensive transactional experience and deep knowledge of the retail and payment processing technology sectors.
