Associate
Sam is an Associate responsible for the execution of financing and M&A transactions, as well as business development efforts. Additionally, Sam evaluates and executes on venture investment opportunities for Pharus’ investment arm, Pharus Ventures, which focuses on early-stage software companies.
Prior to joining Pharus, Sam worked as a Private Equity Associate at Boathouse Capital, focusing on equity and credit investments across industries, with a specialty in Software, Tech-enabled Services, and Healthcare IT / Services.
Prior to joining Boathouse Capital, Sam worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at D.A. Davidson and CIBC Capital Markets, focusing across the technology sector with a specialty in Financial Technology, Data & Analytics, and Software.
Sam received his BBA in Finance with Distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Outside of the office, Sam enjoys exercising, playing soccer, and exploring new restaurants in New York.
