Xytech Systems Acquired by Banneker Partners
Boasting over 30 years of experience, Xytech is the clear industry leader providing facility management software to media and broadcast companies across the globe. Its flagship platform, MediaPulse, offers “end-to-end” functionality designed to automate comprehensive resource management processes involving digital assets, facilities, personnel and crewing, distribution paths, and transmission operations. Conceived to be highly flexible, MediaPulse can be deployed on-premise, in-the-cloud, or using a hybrid model depending on data security policies.
Xytech Systems will join Banneker Partners’ portfolio as a platform investment. The transaction will provide Xytech with capital to enhance products offerings, expand in sales and marketing capabilities, extend TAM beyond the M&E sector, and pursue M&A opportunities.
The Pharus team made our deal happen. Most importantly they found the right buyer to grow my business. The process was extended due to COVID and then I purchased my competitor along the way. They helped filling in the gaps we needed; working tirelessly night and day. My deal had to close by the end of year and they pushed everyone to make that happen.
