AI-Powered, Data-Driven Aviation Maintenance Software

QOCO Systems is a fast-growing aviation enterprise SaaS provider, delivering next-generation solutions on its Aviadex platform. QOCO’s offering covers the entire aviation maintenance space — asset lifecycle management, engine shop visits, and line and base maintenance — and supports OEM asset performance and digital aftermarket services. Today, Aviadex supports the critical maintenance operations of roughly 60 airlines, MROs and OEMs globally, including Rolls-Royce, Lufthansa, Safran Aircraft Engines, CTS Engines, TAP Portugal, Finnair, Endeavor Air and many others.

QOCO is one of aviation’s most prolific system integrators, maintaining continuous data integrations across dozens of distinct airline, MRO and OEM systems. This combined with deep use of the latest technologies enables QOCO to create integrative solutions that provide foresight, data-driven decision making, and end-to-end automation — generating hundreds of millions of euros in annual cost savings for its customers.

The round is backed by pension funds Ilmarinen and Elo — long-term institutional investors with a strong track record in growth investments. Both have previously invested in Finnish ICEYE and IQM, global leaders in sovereign space intelligence and full-stack superconducting quantum computers. Funds will be used to further strengthen the company’s technological leadership and local presence in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Pharus was a great partner to QOCO and our investors throughout our financing process. Pharus' broad international presence proved valuable, as the process attracted active participation from parties around the world. They helped us with our positioning, challenged and refined our materials, and brought real professional depth to manage simultaneous engagements with top tier investors – outstanding with the financial workstream in particular.
