Frontline Technologies Acquires MyLearningPlan
My Learning Plan was founded in 1999 and is well known for its professional development management system, as well as its educator evaluation system (MyLearningPlan OASYS), evaluator training system and additional tools to support professional learning. My Learning Plan has grown to serve more than 1,000 customers across the United States offering a comprehensive suite of best-of-breed products built specifically for the K-12 HR market.
The acquisition will support Frontline’s other HR software solution for school districts, AppliTrack, a collection of tools for recruiting, screening and employee file management. Frontline Technologies continues to expand its portfolio of EdTech tools and now serves more than 6,000 school districts and millions of educators across North America.
School districts are working hard to help students grow, and we believe that student growth is extremely difficult to achieve without effective employee management, that’s why Frontline is focused on providing districts with the best tools to manage employees – all in one place. Adding the MyLearningPlan products now allows us to offer a nearly comprehensive suite of best-of-breed products built specifically for the K-12 HR market.
